Sustainable use is one of OMPO’s basic concept: the natural renewable resource constituted by migratory birds must be exploited. Hunting is a social civilising activity which helps to maintain biodiversity. It is legitimate insofar as it operates according to ethical principles inspired by the natural cycle and culture guarantying its sustainability and it complies with the rules established by the legislator, including European directives.
